Today we installed the first section of a new backdrop to the Pizza Oven. After the old trellis was removed, some selective chainsawing of trees and hacking away of some iris flowers we were able to get this latest operation started. The screens were gratefully donated by Adam Riley of Riley Ceilings. Originally a part of his balcony, they were removed to make way for new glass walls. I think it’s just the perfect vehicle for any of my other favourite foods like cheese, pepperoni, tomatoes, basil, prawns to catch a ride on.
